Guide to Green smoothies…they don't have to be gross!

I like to think of myself as a healthy girl. However, the thought go green smoothies does not sit very well with me. I don't know what it is. I think it has something to do with the notion that something that green can't be very tasty. In fact, just looking at a green smoothie has the potential to gross me out. However, some recent experimentation has led me to rethink my ways. A green smoothie can pack a lot of punch not just in the vitamin department but they can be super tasty & satisfying too.

Alignyo just posted their 'Guide To Green Smoothies' to set you on the right path. They recommend using a blend of vegetables, fruit, nut milk and juice as well as super foods such as chia, hemp seeds and maca. I love to add flax seeds and avocado to my green smoothies. Alignyo also suggests keeping smoothies siple, and organic, as well as investing in a good blender.
