I first came in contact with Ashtanga Yoga in 2001, when a friend dragged me to a yoga class but it was not until 2011, that I committed to studying the Ashtanga Yoga method full-time. With time and experience, it became clear that sharing my love for this lifestyle, the practice and working together with people was my true calling.

As I began to dive deeper into my education and practice, it became apparent to me that I want to learn this method at the feet of an experienced teacher who is able to teach from direct and personal experience (parampara). Luckily, I was able to find such guidance in certified, senior Ashtanga teacher and lineage holder Annie Pace, who graciously took me in as her apprentice.

Apart from my monthly trips to Crestone, I travel to Mysore, India to study with Saraswathi Jois at the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute.

"Every exhalation is a surrender to God.
Every inhalation an inspiration from God."
