Do you have a tendency to settle a debt, pick a new goal or start anew on the first day of the month? There is something about day one that really makes conquering whatever is on the mind possible! Mayday Mile (#maydaymile) is just that! It is simple and here are the parameters:
- Run one mile each day for the 31 days in May
- Go ahead, run over the required mile/day (give yourself mad props when you do)
- No makeup mile days (skipping a mile on one day and running two miles the next is not allowed)
You may have guessed there is a bit of psychology involved in #maydaymile. At some point you might actually want to run more than one mile at a time. The hope is after the month is over that your mindset and cravings to get out and move will stick!
